I am passionate about fitness, my classes and most of all–students! Each class is a gift, each student, a blessing. Our little recreation center is truly a family–we work hard and we play harder. Our students are all levels of fitness, with modifications always taught and shown–both on the low impact side as well as the \”go for the gusto\” side. RIPPED offers something for everyone!
