About Me

Kristy is a military wife and mom of four. Before fitness, Kristy was an educator, turned stay at home mom. After developing some health issues she sought out fitness and nutrition as a means to improve her overall health. She quickly fell in love with group fitness and started her journey into helping others be their best selves.

She is currently a certified personal Trainer (AFAA) Certified Group Fitness (ACE and AFAA) certified Health Coach (ACE) Certified USA Swim coach with a emphasis on Dryland Coaching.
Kristy is thrilled to be a Master Trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D. and loves empowering others through fitness and better health!
