We want to make sure you’re all prepared to participate and kill it this Fall—the answers to your most popular questions await.

What is the R.I.P.P.E.D. 2 Fit Challenge?

Our 6-week R.I.P.P.E.D. 2 Fit Challenge combines every letter in R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you achieve amazing results with your fitness. The purpose of this challenge is to educate and empower you to remain dedicated to your health. You will receive live diet and nutrition coaching to help you eat the right foods to fuel every R.I.P.P.E.D. and RUMBLE class you attend. Whether your goal is weight loss, reducing symptoms that come with health conditions, or muscle-gain this is THE challenge for you. And no matter what you want to see at the end of those 6-weeks, one thing’s for sure—we will all feel better than we did before.

How much is the R2F Challenge?

This is one of our favorite questions because we get to tell you that this fitness Challenge is completely FREE for you to participate. Your health and wellness matters and we don’t want to make fitness a burden, so we’ve eliminated money as a problem!

Who can participate?

Everyone! R.I.P.P.E.D. is for everyone and the R2F Challenge is no different. Invite your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and gym buddies to join and take their fitness goals to the next level.

How do I sign up?

Simple, we just need your name, email address and phone number, and you’re in! Put your details in our contact form on the registration page and you’ll receive a follow-up email. Registration will close on August 25th or when spaces fill up.

Just before September 1st, you will be provided access to our VIP R2F Facebook Group, where most of the magic will happen. This is where you will receive professional nutrition and diet coaching to energize your workouts and help you see results. And we can’t forget about all the unconditional support and motivation. You know how we do, #RIPPEDFamily! If you’re ever feeling unmotivated or just need advice, our FB Group is the best place to vent—then just sit back and watch the support and love flow.

What if I’m not on Facebook?

Ready for some tough love? You have to be on Facebook to participate. This is where all announcements, coaching, encouragement and etc will take place. Trust us, the R2F Challenge is more than worth creating a quick Facebook account.
