Hey #RIPPEDFamily!

We are happy to announce February’s RUMBLE MVP, Kristin Pujol!

Kristin’s decision to become an instructor seven years ago conveyed not only a commitment to her gym community but her personal fitness journey as well.

She is an inspiration to all of us that age is just a number!

Learn how Kristin changed her life at the age of 40:

What or who got you to your first RUMBLE/R.I.P.P.E.D. class and when did you join the family?

Kristin Pujol: My friend DeeDee Panelli got me into a boot camp class that turned into R.I.P.P.E.D. soon after the format began.  We started with Season 1. I became an instructor in 2012 because the facility we were attending classes at was losing its’ instructor, so I became one!

What do you enjoy most about RUMBLE?

Kristin Pujol: I love RUMBLE like everyone else because it is my favorite part of R.I.P.P.E.D.  It’s the best way to work off a bad mood with some serious kicking and punching.

What has been your favorite RUMBLE Bout so far, and why?

Kristin Pujol: My favorite RUMBLE bout is 3. The weapons sections are the best!  My studio loves their weapons.

How has R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE impacted your life?

Kristin Pujol: I was not active until I reached 40.  At that time, I knew I needed to do something physical that would get my blood pumping and help me stay sane.  My body was changing, and I needed to adapt. R.I.P.P.E.D. was the format that got me excited about working out for the first time.

What have been the best results you’ve seen for yourself or people in your classes from RUMBLE?

Kristin Pujol: My best friend DeeDee loves RUMBLE.  She never misses a class, and she’s got the guns to prove it.  She encourages other students to join her all the time.

What would you tell people who are interested in becoming instructors in R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE?

Kristin Pujol: I know how hard it is to commit to an exercise routine.  Becoming an instructor was my way of committing to myself.  I can never quit because then who would teach the masses?

Who has inspired you in the R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE family and why?

Kristin Pujol: Terry and Tina Shorter always inspire me.  They’re always smiling and so happy to do what they do on a daily basis.  That’s an easy answer though. I think Ken Johnson is a huge asset to this format.  He is constantly on Facebook helping his students and helping his fellow instructors.  Whether it’s a shout out or the perfect meme for the perfect situation. That guy is great.

Thank you for this opportunity.  I greatly appreciate the entire R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE community!
