What’s up #RIPPEDFamily?

We are so excited to present our RUMBLE MVP for January: Kayce Kirkpatrick! Kayce is from Bowling Green, Kentucky and has been part of the R.I.P.P.E.D. family for 6 years. Since then, she has become a certified instructor in both R.I.P.P.E.D. and RUMBLE.

When Kayce made her 2019 resolutions, she committed herself to help others become MVPs. Little did she know, she would become one herself!

Learn more about Kayce’s journey:

R.I.P.P.E.D.: What or who got you to your first RUMBLE/R.I.P.P.E.D. class and when did you join the family?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: Ana Hire gave me my first introduction to R.I.P.P.E.D. in September 2015. I became a R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor 2 years ago, on February 3rd, 2017! I then got my RUMBLE instructor certification in October of 2017.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: What do you enjoy most about RUMBLE?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: I love how it still works out the whole body without really needing any equipment. I love feeling like I could defend myself if needed and really feeling strong and powerful.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: How has R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE impacted your life?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: I love the community of instructors and participants and the support I’ve received from other instructors like Aiko and my participants Tammy Johns, Lisa Houchins, Tracey Dodson, and Desiree Blaine. I have gotten stronger and more confident.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: How does it feel to be chosen as an MVP?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: I am overjoyed at being named MVP. It was something I actually “tried” for last year, but this year my resolution was to make others the MVPs. I have taken a backseat to self and sought out how I can help others.  Then, God allows this to happen!!! It helps me to know I am on the right path and doing what I am called to do.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: What motivates you to get up every day to do R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: I am excited to see how my participants have grown in strength and confidence. They make it worth it every day. I love putting together extra ‘practice’ classes for us to get together more.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: What would you tell people who are interested in becoming instructors in R.I.P.P.E.D./RUMBLE?

Kayce Kirkpatrick: That it is a fun and exciting format. It challenges you and helps you grow. The family is caring and fun.

If you’ve ever been around here, Kayce is the type of instructor that shows up early, invites everyone to extra “practice” sessions, and never fails to encourage every single person in her class.
