#RIPPEDFamily, before we head into the Fall season, filled with pumpkin spice everything, Halloween candy and Thanksgiving grub there’s an important conversation we need to have. Ready?

Queue dramatic dun dun dun dun!

If it wasn’t already obvious, we’re talking about DIET. The often-neglected component of fitness regimens is so essential to your health we made it the last letter in R.I.P.P.E.D.

As many as you know, R.I.P.P.E.D. is a modifiable fitness format that beginners and experts can enjoy and challenge themselves, but that’s not all it is. R.I.P.P.E.D. is a lifestyle that makes it easier for you to make your health a priority. And sticking to a healthy diet is much easier when you have the right education, easy recipes and the support of a fitness family who understands.

We asked our #RIPPEDFamily what results they’ve seen since starting the classes and many expressed how R.I.P.P.E.D. has played a major role in their dietary changes.

“I have a new way of eating. I’ve tried diets in the past and they never worked long term. I wouldn’t have the energy to work out and felt tired/moody all day. The R.I.P.P.E.D. diet and nutrition plan gives me energy and helps make my workouts better! I love that I have a way of eating that makes sense and with a little work is easy to follow.”

Marcella Dobson

“Nutrition has been explained so it’s easy to understand thanks to the R.I.P.P.E.D. to fit challenges. Consuming less sugar has been a game changer.”

Brittney Kay Denton Hazel

My biggest change is my mindset about nutrition. I have always loved a good workout. But now I look at food in a totally different aspect. Even when I know I’m not going to be 100% clean-eating, I think why am I putting that in my body? My lifestyle now revolves around eating healthy & setting fitness goals. I love seeing everyone’s success stories & know that I am on that journey too. R.I.P.P.E.D. has also helped me to have a better attitude & want to become a better me.

“Ever since I’ve started my R.I.P.P.E.D. fitness journey, I’m more committed to working out and how I eat. I don’t dread working out anymore. I look forward to gym days because I love doing R.I.P.P.E.D. and RUMBLE and I especially love doing them with my #fitfamily! I’m more aware of how what I eat impacts my fitness journey results. As Amy Wilson always says, you can’t out train a bad diet. You just can’t!”

Lori Juarez

“I’m definitely more conscious of what I’m eating. I make better choices and definitely have upped my water intake. Feeling and seeing the results from R.I.P.P.E.D. and RUMBLE make me want to stay on track.”

Perla Martinez

“The “D” in R.I.P.P.E.D. helps me focus on eating better. I get at the nutrition that I need throughout the day. I feel so much more energy and better throughout the day.”

Billie Barnes

Billie Barnes

“I am eating so much healthier since being educated about the “D,” and actually loving it!!”

Carmen Srouji

“I eat carbs, (healthy) fats, and protein on each meal. I was afraid of fat but, not anymore. We need all three components.”

Jon Moore

“Diet first and for most has evolved. I’ve learned that keeping with the (R.I.P.P.E.D.) program is how your results will come. This is a marathon so to speak and not a sprint. The friends I have made and the comradery has made this incredible.”

Angie Beckman

“My mindset with food and nutrition has changed. I’ve started balancing meals and eating great fruits and veggies and lean meats.”
