Simple and Clean Spicy Talapia with Avocado

Every so often we have a special event for which a little extra clean eating is in order.  Usually that means trimming a few carbs, and monitoring your grazing, but when those small tactics don’t work, you need to call in the big guns and get on a sensible and stricter “Jump Start” plan, which actually cuts out gluten, dairy, protein bars and powders, salt, and ideally, will get you food logging again.  Before you freak out, just know that the Jump Start plan only lasts for 10 days, and is designed to break you through a plateau.  It’s also the place where new clients should start their plans.  It’s a good foundation that yields amazing results, gets you feeling clean and healthy, reduces bloating and reminds you to weigh and measure your portions, which is something to fall back on any time you’ve lost your way.  This easy talapia recipe is delicious, can be made in bulk, and is roughly 150 calories for a 4 ounce fillet with your heart healthy topping of guacamole.  Fill your plate with veggies, and you’re looking at a clean meal you can duplicate all week long, making your Jump Start phase successful, and easy to implement.  The key is the flavorful, salt-free Mrs. Dash chipotle seasoning!
