Things are poppin’ here at R.I.P.P.E.D.!
2018 is going to be a huge year, and we have a lot of incredible things lined up.
We’re in the second week of January. It’s honesty time; how’s your New Year’s Resolution going?
Uh-oh, that bad huh?
OK, well that isn’t a surprise. Studies show that people making those types of wholesale changes to their diet and fitness typically fall of not within months, but mere weeks or even days!

Let’s talk about the R.I.P.P.E.D. 2 Fit challenge!
Did you compete in the R2F last year?
Our six-week challenge ran nationwide in 2017, and more than 1,200 people signed up and participated. We chose three winners! We chose a participant, a certified R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor, and a gym or club owner/operator/coordinator.
We chose Cecy Drury, Elizabeth Young, and Angel Chadwell as our winners, and we made the big announcement at our R.I.P.P.E.D. REVIVAL. If you’ve seen RIPPED Season 31 – our results edition – then you’ve seen Cecy, Elizabeth, and Angel.
The rules were simple.
Candidates had to be consistent with the program, they had to be active, they had to exchange ideas and support, and they had to contribute on our Facebook page. Lastly, they had to be accountable and check in with our Senior Master Trainer, Amy Wilson.
So are you ready for this year’s version?
We are launching the 2018 R2F challenge on February 1st for six weeks. The program will run until March 15th. Signups will be posted on the R.I.P.P.E.D. Fitness, Family, Fun Facebook group page. This year, we are fortunate to have a partnership with E-Boost. You may remember E-Boost as being one of our key sponsors at REVIVAL.
Some of you may ask, is this replacing the D in R.I.P.P.E.D.? The answer is: NOT AT ALL! The D is for diet, and it will always represent real food and blood sugar stabilization.
As people were eating healthy meals, they would occasionally need some meal replacement and additional nutrition supplements. We believe E-Boost will offer those benefits.
Of course, not only does your body benefit by participating, you will develop more confidence, and you will make new friends.
