Forget Resolutions: Work On Your R.I.P.P.E.D. Body Today!

What’s up #RIPPEDFamily? It’s hard to believe that 2017 is coming to a close. It seems like just a couple of weeks ago that we were celebrating at R.I.P.P.E.D. Revival!

But believe it or not, New Years Day—we’re almost there!

We are sure gifts, food, and decorations are on the brain for most of you right now, but we want to have a chat about resolutions. Once the December festivities calm down, everyone starts to think about eating better, working out more, making more time for family, and the list goes on. But there’s no reason why we can’t start these healthy habits now right?

Becoming a better ‘you’ shouldn’t be delayed for parties and food. Unleash your R.I.P.P.E.D. body now, rather than waiting for January 1st. Here’s why:

The Commitment is Greater

Deciding to work towards a goal, is completely different than working towards a goal because society says ‘it’s time.’ Think about the areas of your life that you want to improve and use benefits as motivation for sticking to your goals. When you choose to attend your weekly R.I.P.P.E.D. or Rumble workouts because you want to build your strength and agility, you’re more inclined to stick to them.

There’s No Room for Excuses

Waiting until the busy holiday season is over just delays your progress, and more than likely, there will be something else that comes up in the New Year. Setting a date for starting your goals actually gives you more time to talk yourself out of it. If you know you want to make healthier choices, there’s no better time than the present, my friends!

Avoid Binging Season

Even though this holiday season is filled with stuffing and pies, this shouldn’t deter you from living a healthier life. You can still enjoy the food and festivities throughout December, but you’ll be more disciplined. You won’t be so inclined to binge when you’ve just started your workout routine.

Whether you want to add a few more Rumble classes to your schedule or work towards becoming a R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor, we’re here to support you through your fitness goals. You don’t have to do it alone! Find a R.I.P.P.E.D. buddy and help one another take down those goals one by one. Fitness is truly fun, especially when your R.I.P.P.E.D. family has your back.
