Up Your Stamina with ENDURANCE! The E in R.I.P.P.E.D.!

You made it to the end of your R.I.P.P.E.D. class! Before you grab a towel to cool down, it’s time for some endurance training. These exercises aren’t just focused on physical strength, but mental stamina as well. We want each athlete to leave our classes feeling physically, and mentally, stronger and ready to take on anything!

We incorporate Mixed Martial Arts movements to our R.I.P.P.E.D. classes as the endurance portion. MMA is great for core stability, balance, and stamina… just to name a few! We’re going to dive into what endurance training is and why it’s our last stop in the One Stop Body Shock!

Why MMA?

The end of our R.I.P.P.E.D. classes involve Mixed Martial Arts training to even out all of the cardio and strength training from the class! MMA requires giving 100% of your energy into the routine, there’s no going half hearted on this. You can always kick a little higher and punch a little stronger, which is where the mental fitness comes in. Training in MMA builds your stamina and teaches you to respect your body. You’ll be shocked what your body can do, no matter what fitness level you’re at!

How Endurance Training Affects Us

Endurance training isn’t just a physical effort, but mental as well. The stress relief that comes with punching and kicking the air is enough to make us come back for more! Imagine a stressful day or a long workout, getting to the endurance portion in a R.I.P.P.E.D. class releases any tension you’ve been holding onto! We always encourage our athletes to let it all out and give it everything they can to push through to the end to get the best results and feel amazing.

The Best For Last!

After resistance, intervals, power, and plyos, our bodies are craving more, even though it may not feel like it. By incorporating endurance training to the end of our classes, it builds strength and releases stress. We don’t call the class a One Stop Body Shock for nothing! We’ve made our classes completely well rounded and geared for any fitness levels. Plus, you’ll learn some epic self-defense moves!
