Kimberly has spent the last 25 years inspiring the fitness and yoga industry through teaching, training, coaching and developing courses and retreats aimed at personal development.

In 2017, Kimberly stepped away from the corporate world to begin the Make a Difference Academy.

This revolutionary and inspiring platform provides growth and support for group fitness and yoga teachers.

To add to the already impressive list, Kimberly is the 2015 IDEA Program Director Of The Year and is founder of the 5 star Instructor development program EMPOWER!

Despite her many accomplishments, Kimberly’s main mission to help empower others to be the best they can be by making the most of their lives.
