“R.I.P.P.E.D. is a lifestyle, not a fad. I’m always telling my new students to have fun, yet get a great workout in. Get into a mindset that you have to commit 100%. You’ll be so happy you did. This program has made me feel mentally and physically like a new person. I teach as well as attend classes. My favorite part is Resistance and Core! It’s amazing!” –Patty Felix Reynolds
“My favorite part of R.I.P.P.E.D. is that your body can never get used to it! It is always changing up. Whether it be a new season, doing it in reverse, blind shuffle or remixes, it is always evolving! It actually helped me to get off blood pressure medications that I had been on for 16 years!! The D [Diet] works!!” –Jamie Schnrr
I was an attendee of the very first certification brought to the state of Washington. After driving for several hours to give it a try, I fell instantly in love with the program! What makes the class so special is that you get a total body workout in under an hour that anyone can do. Terry and Tina’s expertise and passion for fitness are obvious in all aspects of the R.I.P.P.E.D. program. I am so grateful I was able to get to know them better when I was asked to participate in the “Boss Edition”. This is a family. We are all members of an amazing and special group of fitness professionals. As R.I.P.P.E.D. celebrates its 10-year anniversary, I look very forward to the next 10! Congratulations Terry & Tina! You have created something very special!” –Jeri Winterburn
R.I.P.P.E.D. does the body good!!! Over the last 7 years R.I.P.P.E.D. has made exercising so much fun! When you’re having fun you’ll stick with it. I started with season 3 and although it was fun it was harder to learn. Now with the reoccurring segments, you feel more accomplished and as an instructor, it’s easier to learn and teach. I love this program and being able to feel accomplished and successful, and I love that my students feel great about working out! – Tami Marie Barnwell
I first joined the gym in 2012 and my friend kept asking me to try R.I.P.P.E.D. My response was that I didn’t want to rip anything as I was just over 40 yrs old! Well I started the class and fell in love with the variety and energy it brought. My favorite is the E(Endurance) I’m now approaching 48 and feel much younger than I did even in my 20’s! –Sheila Meadows McEntyre
“When I first started R.I.P.P.E.D. it was at a stressful point in my life. I have always been thin but with stress and age I started to gain weight and felt insecure. My cousin Angelique Angel started teaching R.I.P.P.E.D classes and invited me. It was hard. I thought there is no way I can do this. I’m not coordinated, I can’t breathe, and I sure am not athletic, but I kept going. Within a few months I started seeing results with weight loss and toning began to form. I pushed myself and worked hard with coordination, form, and eating healthy. Now when I practice sessions for teaching it’s easy for me. When I feel anxious or stressed R.I.P.P.E.D. relieves all of that. I push myself as hard as I can go and will continue to. I’m addicted now so much that I am now teaching my own classes. I love R.I.P.P.E.D. and am glad to be a part of the R.I.P.P.E.D. family.” – Jeneen Espinosa Lujan
“Being on the participant side of R.I.P.P.E.D. for 4 years, I ALWAYS looked forward to my R.I.P.P.E.D. classes. And NOW I have the privilege of sharing my enthusiasm and passion. I’ve realized that it’s nice to have a large class but even the small groups are large in fun and eager to keep plugging away. I am very proud to be apart of the R.I.P.P.E.D family. AND I’m not shy to say at 63 my 2nd year teaching has been going even better!!” – Georgianne Hesslau Williams
“R.I.P.P.E.D. has made me feel amazing. I feel so empowered after teaching a class and after learning a new season. The great thing about R.I.P.P.E.D. is that literally everyone can do it. Modifying low or kicking it up to the next level is easy to do.” – Nikki Nicole
“R.I.P.P.E.D. has made me feel strong, confident and empowered. I went totally out of my comfort zone and got certified to teach R.I.P.P.E.D. AND RUMBLE! I love the support you get from each and every person no matter where in the world they are. When I started this journey 2 years ago with R.I.P.P.E.D. I had recently undergone weight loss surgery looking to find a new healthy me. I attended my first class with Emily Hart and was hooked. I couldn’t do much but I kept pushing through. Now I can do so much more than I ever thought. I strive to continue to improve every day and take that encouragement to my class. Thank you Tina and Terry for this program.” – Tami Carter
“I have been a part of the R.I.P.P.E.D. family for a little over 2 years. As soon as I took that first class I was hooked! I accidentally walked into the class and as I was leaving, the instructor stopped me and made me stay. It has become my soul program. I loved it so much that I became a R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor April 2017 and a RUMBLE Instructor April 2018. My confidence, strength, stamina, endurance, and physique have seen phenomenal changes! I absolutely love the format of both programs, and the family that Terry and Tina have strived so hard to create. I’m R.I.P.P.E.D. for life!” – Cassandra Kennedy Murrell
